Touchpoint

In the very near future Sainsbury's will be decommissioning the SID site. It will be replaced by the Touchpoint site, http://touchpoint.sainsburys.co.uk

To enable you to prepare for this changeover, we strongly advise current users of PDS, PST (Primary) and Cares that you register for Touchpoint access as soon as possible. Users of other applications will be advised on a later date when you need to apply.

This will enable you to access all your favourite applications, plus some new ones relevant to PDS, PST and Cares already developed, with other exciting features added as they become available!

To apply for access please email the following address with your contact details including supplier name(s); alpha code(s), postal address and contact name and you will be sent details. Please also state which applications you use i.e. PDS, PST, CARES.

what is SID?
SID acts as the portal for electronic Business to Business relationships between Sainsbury's and its business partners. Primarily, the focus of SID is on services to support the Supply Chain, however recent additions to the B2B Toolkit have facilitated other business processes. Further collaborative tools are being developed by the Sainsbury's B2B team to help deliver the shared benefits of eBusiness.
