Touchpoint

In the very near future Sainsbury's will be decommissioning the SID site. It will be replaced by the Touchpoint site, http://touchpoint.sainsburys.co.uk

To enable you to prepare for this changeover, we strongly advise current users of PDS, PST (Primary) and Cares that you register for Touchpoint access as soon as possible. Users of other applications will be advised on a later date when you need to apply.

This will enable you to access all your favourite applications, plus some new ones relevant to PDS, PST and Cares already developed, with other exciting features added as they become available!

To apply for access please email the following address with your contact details including supplier name(s); alpha code(s), postal address and contact name and you will be sent details. Please also state which applications you use i.e. PDS, PST, CARES.

It is also recommended that suppliers who have previously used PDS apply for access to PDX through Horizon, which will provide the information required. To gain access to this please select Horizon from the applications below, and select the registration form, and PDX.
