is Cares Reporting?
CARES Reporting provides online access for each registered Supplier to view Customer product complaints for the lines that they sell through Sainsbury's. The Weekly report provides early notification of complaints raised (subject to confirmation). The Period report provides full details of complaints raised during the previous period (period report available from Thursday of 2nd week of period).
