Barbecue fish & seafood
It's not just about burgers and sausages, fish and seafood work really well on the barbecue. For seafood, such as king prawns, it's best to spear them onto a skewer to prevent them falling through the grill. For fish, a great idea to make a tin foil parcel, pack it with herbs and finely chopped veg and either place on the grill or sit it straight on the coals. This works just as well for jacket potatoes.
