Zesty asparagus
A tasty way to enjoys fresh and tender asparagus, perfect
for a lovely light side dish or starter
1. Steam the asparagus spears until tender, then drain
and toss with melted unsalted butter and the juice
and zest of a lemon.
2. Top with freshly grated parmesan shavings and
season with freshly ground black pepper for a lovely
light side dish or starter.
