colleagues are on hand to prepare it for you and offer helpful advice and cooking tips. Just ask about our new fish types at the
instore fish counter and our colleagues will be happy to help.
Responsibly sourced
The fish on our counters comes from various countries around the world to ensure we bring the tastiest, freshest fish straight
to you, always from well-managed sources.
Cornish sardines
Our Cornish sardines are caught using just four fishing boats within six miles off the Cornish coast making them MSC certified.
Our sardines are fatter and slightly longer than other sardines, making them particulary succulent and rich in Omega-3.
If you like sardines then try our exclusive kippered sardines as they are great for breakfast, lunch
or even for dinner. Visit the instore fish counter to see all our seasonal fresh fish.
Stuff your sardines with crushed lemongrass, coriander and chilli, then grilling until crisp.

Lemon sole
Despite its name, this delicate, sweet-tasting fish does not taste of lemon. It is best cooked simply, grilled or fried, and served with a light sauce.
Pan-fry your whole lemon sole, then baste with a butter, garlic and caper sauce. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with crushed minted peas. |

A succulent, firm texture and slightly sweet flavour makes monkfish an extremely versatile fish that’s well suited to many dishes. Our monkfish is fished off the southwest coast of England.
Rub your monkfish with Taste the Difference harissa & rose rub, then roll in flaked almonds and bake with a splash of white wine. |
