Free-from and dairy-free individual vegetarian pizza
Delicious individual pizzas, topped with rocket leaves, pine nuts, garlic & basil.

Sainsbury’s freefrom pizza bases 30g/1oz fresh basil leaves 4 tablespoons virgin olive oil 3 crushed garlic cloves 3 tablespoons tomato purée 2 tablespoons pine nuts 1 tablespoon lime juice 3 plum tomatoes 1 medium onion - chopped Rocket leaves to garnish
1. To make the sauce, place the basil, olive oil, garlic, purée, pine nuts and lime juice into a blender and process until smooth.
2. Spread the mixture evenly across the pizza base, then coarsely chop the tomatoes and sprinkle them along with half of the chopped onion on the top of the pizza base.
3. Place in a pre-heated oven and bake for 12 minutes at 200ºc/400°F/gas mark 6.
4. Slice and serve with a sprinkle of rocket leaves. |
