Ingredients

Freefrom sundried tomato ciabatta rolls
Lacto-free soft cheese
Chopped fresh dill
Smoked salmon
Rocket leaves.


Method

1.  Preheat the oven to 190ºC, fan 170ºC.

2.  Bake 2 freefrom sundried tomato ciabatta rolls for 6 minutes. Meanwhile, mix 100g lacto-free soft cheese with 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill until combined.

3.  Cut the baked rolls in half, lengthways, and spread with the soft cheese mixture. Top with 120g smoked salmon strips and rocket leaves.

4.  Cut into fingers and serve.
