Hot cross buns with grilled plums

A tasty topping for your freefrom hot cross bun.

Free-from: wheat, gluten-free and dairy-free (optional).

Ingredients

4 gluten-free hot cross buns
A little Sainsbury's freefrom vegetable spread
Runny honey
Plums.

 


Method

1.  Toast  Sainabury's freefrom hot cross buns and spread with a little Sainsbury's freefrom vegetable spread.

2.  Grill the halved plums for 5 minutes until the fruit starts to break down and char. The quarter the plums and sit on top of the hot cross buns.

3.  To finish, drizzle with a little honey and serve immediately.
