50g, Sainsbury's freefrom vegetable spread 80g, soft brown sugar 160g, marshmallows 320g, Sainsbury's ready to eat apricots 220g, Sainsbury's freefrom pure oats
1. Line a 20cm square tin with baking parchment.
2. Gently heat the vegetable spread, soft brown sugar and the marshmallows in a saucepan. Stir until combined, then add the apricots. Bring to the boil, then reduce to a medium heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Remove from the heat and add the oats, then mix well.
4. Pour the mixture into the lined time and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C, fan 170°C, gas 5 for 15 minutes until golden brown.
5. Remove from the oven and leave to cool, before cutting into bars and serve. |
