300g Sainsbury's freefrom white sliced loaf 350ml unsweetened soya milk 100ml soya cream 2 x 50g bars Sainsbury's freefrom choc, broken up 3 medium eggs, beaten
1. Preheat the oven to 190ºC, fan 170ºC, gas 5. Lay the bread slices in the base of a greased 28 x 16 cm ovenproof dish.
2. Warm the milk and cream with one bar of chocolate, stir in the beaten eggs, then pour it over the bread. Cut or break the remaining bar of chocolate into small cubes and sprinkle gently over the pudding.
3. Leave to stand for 30 minutes then cook in the oven for 30 minutes. Delicious served warm with soya cream. |
