We provide high-volume processing across a comprehensive suite of HR responsibilities to support colleagues throughout Sainsbury’s. Attracting new employees is the responsibility of the recruiting managers, but we look after all the admin processes relating to recruitment from arranging interviews to creating and sending out employment contracts.

We’re now looking to bring the remainder of our HR colleague admin processes into HR Shared Services. This will see us delivering the whole employee lifecycle from recruitment admin to leavers’ admin, including all transactional processes within this lifecycle such as maternity leave and contract changes.
