- Licensing Assistant
We need licences to sell all kinds of products, such as alcoholic drinks, fireworks and games. You’ll help prepare documents, letters and reports so we are compliant with all licensing regulations. The role will involve ensuring licences are renewed annually, arranging training for colleagues who need to be personal licensees, and liaising with solicitors and regulatory bodies. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook Access, Excel and PowerPoint, the ability to create and maintain admin systems and plenty of initiative are essential.
- Trading Law Advisor
You’ll provide advice and training relating to trading laws that affect the composition, labelling, marketing and advertising of our products. Conducting risk assessments of product areas for legal compliance and providing information on new and pending legislation will be key aspects of the role. Your two years’ PQE will include experience of product approvals for legality in a food or FMCG business and show thorough knowledge of trading law. Planning, networking and influencing skills, plus an analytical, solutions-driven approach are essential.
