Training is a top priority with us – and you’ll be implementing our commitment to our people. Working closely with in-store managers, you’ll plan and deliver training events, identify and respond to the training needs of individual departments, provide one-to-one coaching and ensure ‘buddying’ support is in place for new starters. Experienced in delivering training solutions and working with a range of training methods, you’ll be a confident presenter, an accomplished problem solver and a strong relationship builder.
