Baker

If you’re an experienced baker with a sound grasp of merchandising and food safety plus the ability to provide exemplary service, we’ll give you the training you need to develop your skills. This will include spending time at our own Bakery College in Wellingborough. This will enable you to produce the full range of fresh bakery products from scratch, advise on our ranges and maintain the cleanliness of machinery, equipment, storage and preparation areas – all to meet departmental standards and sales targets. In order to meet the statutory requirement of the role all applicants must be 18 years or older.
