This is a unique opportunity to become a fully-fledged member of one of our busy in-store bakeries – which together produce more bread than anyone else in the UK. As well as learning craft skills including preparing, mixing, kneading and baking a range of bread products, you’ll play a big role in profitability by working efficiently and providing a great service to our customers. The course also involves spending time at our own Bakery College in Wellingborough. On completion of the programme you will gain a NVQ level 3 qualification which is equivalent to 5 GCSE’s at grades A-C, full training will be provided to support you in obtaining the qualification covering everything from customer service to food safety.
