How do I find my nearest store?
Simply click on ‘store locator’ at the top of our homepage where you can search by UK postcode, town or county. You'll also be able to search stores by specific ranges and services (such as petrol, clothing) by selecting one or more of the options from the store locator page.
Why are some of your car parks free and some charged?
Ideally, we want to offer free parking to all our customers. Unfortunately, we do not always own the land, which means that you may get charged for this service from other parties such as local councils.
In some cases where Sainsbury’s owned car parks were once free, we've had to introduce a charge. This is because people have taken advantage of our free parking without using the store. The charges have been introduced to improve access to the store for our customers.
How can I complain about the service I’ve received in my store?
Our training methods are designed to deliver great customer service and we continually listen to both customer and industry feedback so that we can offer the best customer service to you.

We're opening stores all of the time and unfortunately some stores do have to close.
